Welcome to www.32novel.com. Although we are currently a personal website, this does not affect our commitment to operating under the principles of "Honesty, Integrity, and Job Creation."
For Authors:
[1] You have the right to choose to publish your original native language manuscript or a translated English version. This depends on your judgment of potential earnings. However, you must ensure that the site administrator can understand the content. This means the manuscript must be in a major international language that can be easily translated into English using standard methods.
[2] Your content must not maliciously attack the government of any United Nations member state. Furthermore, it must not contain racial, ethnic, or gender discrimination, hatred toward legal religions, or content intentionally inciting confrontation over territorial disputes between countries.
[3] Our standard for adult content is whether it is suitable for viewing in public spaces (such as an office). When a novel or comic contains adult themes, the "Adult" option must be selected. We reserve the right to set reading barriers and limit recommendations for such works to ensure they are not recommended to minors under the age of 18.
[4] When your work is set for paid access, detailed copyright terms will be provided. You must read and sign your agreement before the work can be monetized.
[5] The decision to apply for monetization rests with the author. We will grant authors appropriate pricing rights.
[6] If you violate internationally accepted copyright regulations, we reserve the right to revoke the monetization eligibility and the display status of the work.
[7] Copyright Ownership: Publishing free content on this site does not constitute a transfer of your copyright to us. However, once you apply for monetization and receive approval, a portion of the operational and commercial rights will be deemed as voluntarily shared with this site. The authorization percentage will be prominently displayed and requires your "Agreement" at the time of application.
[8] If you have evidence of copyright infringement, please contact us via the email at the bottom of this page. Provide detailed information in English, including screenshots of your original publishing dashboard and specific infringing pages. We will make a judgment within 15 days and take actions such as removing the content if your rights have been violated.
For Readers:
[1] You must be at least 13 years old to use the services of this site.
[2] Users under the age of 18 must declare that they have obtained permission from a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under 18 and allow your child to use the service, you must abide by these terms and are responsible for your child’s activities on the service.

[3] When registering an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, which must include your age.
[4] You must maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these terms, and we may immediately terminate your account.
[5] You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
[6] You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
[7] Without the consent of the author and the site administrator, you may not disseminate the novel or comic content of this site via copying or screenshots on other websites or media.
[8] The site guarantees that the chapter content you purchase will be available for repeated reading and viewing. However, if a work is removed due to copyright infringement or violation of laws and regulations, we cannot guarantee your right to repeated viewing. The final right of interpretation of these terms belongs to this site.
[9] In the event of major incidents such as server failure or internet platform collapse, we will attempt to provide 15 days' notice so you have sufficient time to save purchased content. The right to define what constitutes a "major incident" rests solely with us.
[10] We will provide necessary third-party sharing functions (such as Twitter or Facebook). However, the security of these third-party sites is not under our control, and we bear no responsibility for them.
Financial Agreements:
[1] Payment to Authors: The website will update revenue data as frequently as daily and provide a summary at least once a week. Author earnings (Royalties) will be settled and paid once a month.
[2] Subscription Models: User subscriptions are divided into "Pay-per-chapter" and "Monthly Subscription." To ensure the reader's experience, monetization models already in use cannot be canceled or changed. However, authors may apply to use both models simultaneously; whether to approve such requests rests solely at the discretion of this site.
[3] Coins: If you choose "Pay-per-chapter," you must pre-purchase site "Coins." These are for consumption on this site only, are not virtual currency, and have no investment value. Once "Coins" are purchased, the transaction is considered a completed digital consumption.
[4] Automatic Renewal: For "Monthly Subscriptions," you authorize 32novel to charge you periodically until you cancel. Your account will automatically be charged for the next cycle on the "Subscription Billing Date."
[5] Refund & Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once you have used any "Coins" or unlocked even a single paid chapter, the transaction is strictly non-refundable. You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current active period.

[6] Overdue Accounts: For any accounts with overdue payments, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service.
